Terms & Policies

• $50 deposit is required for all nail clients.

• All Services are unrefundable.

• Your remaining balance can be paid in cash, Zelle or Venmo.

• Gratuity is not included in your service charge.

• LATENESS: Please send us a message if you will be arriving late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged an additional $20 late fee. If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.​​

• RESCHEDULING: Please send us a message at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so means your deposit will be forfeited.  

• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to reschedule.

• Photos/video may be taken before and/or after your appointment for use on social media platforms.

• NEW CLIENTS: 

  • Please make sure to follow our instagram account @impresswithdes to stay up to date on all announcements.​

  • Please come with clean, bare nails. We do not accept any foreign removals unless you are 100% sure your previous set is Gel-X.

• All services are non-refundable.
